He met with us in advanced for a tasting and provided us with many cake options but was still willing to create flavors based on our fall themed wedding. He made a "naked" cake look gorgeous and was even willing to decorate the cake last minute with the flowers when he brought it to the venue. I was really worried about the transport of the cake to our remote location but it got there with no probably and our guests loved it. We had originally predicted 70 guests and Brandon assured us his cakes accommodated large serving sizes and so we ordered a 65 serving cake. 64 people were in attendance and we had PLENTY of cake leftover even though we didn't plan to save any for our one year anniversary.
